What if my User ID or Password doesn't work?
If you have forgotten your account information, we can e-mail you your User ID and Password.

What happens if I am disconnected from the Internet while taking the test?
If you are disconnected from your server, do not worry. WOWI Direct saves your answers as you enter them. Just sign in again and pick up where you left off.

Can I sign out and finish later?
You can sign out at any time and complete the WOWI Direct assessment later. However, we strongly recommended that you complete an entire section of the test once you start it. Sign in again to continue taking the test.
